Message: Johnny came out to look at my fridge the same day I called. He is a really nice guy and unbelievably transparent about everything. It is so refreshing these days. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly explained how the fridge worked, what was wrong and what my options were. No BS at all. It turns out it wasn't really worth fixing unless I bought the parts myself and did it. He even explained how I could do that if I wanted.
